  • Craniosacral Therapy

    Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on therapy that originated from Osteopathy. Practitioners use light touch to feel the fluid patterns within the body tissues allowing the body to release holding patterns and reorganise, supporting the body’s natural healing processes. This therapy can help reduce stress, alleviate pain, and promote overall wellbeing by enhancing the body’s ability to self-regulate and heal.

  • Self Enquiry Guidance

    Self Enquiry Guidance is a process that uses verbal questioning to help individuals uncover unconscious patterns and beliefs that limit their ability to fully engage in life. Through this approach, Angela empowers clients to become aware of their thought patterns, enabling them to make conscious choices that promote health, wellbeing, and a thriving life. By recognising and understanding these beliefs, particularly those related to chronic issues or repetitive life patterns, individuals can shift from merely surviving to truly experiencing and embracing life in its fullest capacity.

  • Sound Therapy

    Sound Therapy uses a range of sounds with varying frequencies to realign the body's natural frequencies, promoting healing and balance. These sounds are produced with specialised tools such as tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and shamanic drums. The therapeutic vibrations help to release blockages, reduce stress, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing by restoring harmony within the body.

  • Energy Medicine

    Energy Medicine focuses on identifying and rebalancing disruptive energies within the body, particularly through the chakra system. It can also involve exploring past lives to uncover and resolve stored trauma, allowing freedom from limiting energetic patterns. Using various shamanic practices—such as Soul Retrieval, Chakra Illumination, and Future Forecasting—this therapy adapts to the unique needs of each session, promoting healing, balance, and emotional clarity.

  • Talk Therapy

    Talk therapy involves engaging in open conversation to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This therapeutic process helps individuals gain insight, develop coping strategies, and address challenges in their personal or emotional lives. Talk therapy can support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more, promoting mental well-being and personal growth.

  • Chi Kung

    Chi Kung (Qigong) is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, known as qi (chi). Designed to improve physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being, Chi Kung enhances flexibility, reduces stress, and promotes a deep sense of relaxation and vitality.

About Angela Maree

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Angela brings a wealth of knowledge and skill across a wide range of wellness modalities. Beginning her career in Biochemistry and Immunology, she served as second-in-charge of Immunology at one of New Zealand’s largest medical laboratories before channeling her passion for wellness into Craniosacral Therapy. Angela spent 14 years practicing and teaching Craniosacral Therapy internationally across Australasia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Today, Angela’s work is the culmination of her extensive expertise and qualifications across many health and wellbeing modalities with her focus being to support women on their unique journeys of healing, growth, personal development and self-discovery.

Angela holds qualifications in Medical Science, Immunology, Childbirth Education, Complementary Health, Craniosacral Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Sound Therapy, Sharmanic Healing, Life Coaching, Psych-K (Kinesiology) and Chi Kung (Qi Gong).

FAQs

  • Sessions are available in 60-minute or 90-minute durations. The initial session is 90 minutes, with follow-up sessions offered in either 60 or 90-minute options, allowing you to choose the length that best suits your needs.

  • If someone is feeling slightly out of balance, a single session may be enough, but for those with repetitive patterns or deeply rooted trauma, ongoing monthly sessions can provide valuable support. Each person’s healing journey is unique, and I guide and empower clients to discover their own answers and path to wellbeing.

  • After taking a brief case history, Angela will discuss your reasons for seeking the session and what you hope to achieve. Some sessions will only require Talk Therapy and Self Enquiry Guidance and in other sessions you may be invited to lie calmly on a treatment table for the other modalities. Following the session, there will be time to reflect and explore any insights or issues that arose, guiding you towards your own answers and healing.

  • All initial sessions are 90 minutes, priced at $160. Follow-up sessions are available for $120 (60 minutes) or $160 (90 minutes), allowing you to choose the duration that best suits your needs.
